My husband and I both grew up in Bunker Hill, IL, and have lived in the Bunker Hill area our whole lives. Our four children currently attend Bunker Hill schools or have graduated from Bunker Hill High School. Following my graduation from Bunker Hill High School, I attended Southern Illinois University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a Master of Science in Accountancy. I wo

Important information about filing Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI):

The government now requires all businesses (LLCs, Partnerships, & Corporations) to file their BOI through https://fincen.gov/boi by January 1, 2025.

Here's what you need to do:

*Visit the FinCEN website and complete the BOI filing.
*You'll need to upload driver's licenses for all business owners.
*Leave the FinCEN ID field blank - you don't need to create one.

Don't pay for help! Filing your BOI is FREE. Avoid companies or websites offering paid filing services.

Remember: Update your BOI if your business ownership changes. Failing to do so could result in hefty fines.

Employees of St. Louis city companies that worked remotely during 2020, 2021, & 2022 can now file for refunds. The deadline is Oct 1, 2024. The deadline for tax year 2023 refunds is April 15, 2025. If you need assistance with these forms, please call my office.
