Nearly 7 million tax filers are in limbo and facing substantial delays in getting refunds, as the Internal Revenue Service struggles to keep up with the demands of issuing stimulus checks and implementing a myriad of tax code changes from the coronavirus relief packages.

Beginning January 4th 2021 our office will resume normal operating hours.
Monday through Friday 9am to 5:30 pm and Saturdays 9am to 12 noon.
We will also be available for after hours by appointments.

Apparently there is a lot of false information about regarding Redi-Cash, Republic Bank and the Economic Impact Payments.
Just to clarify:

If you are a taxpayer who elected to have your 2019 federal tax refund processed by Republic Bank’s Tax Refund Solutions program during their filing process you can use this IRS tool to identify if you are a part of this small percentage of taxpayers whose funds will be mailed by Republic Bank. If the bank account shown for you on the tool has an account number ending with the last 3 digits of your SSN plus a zero, your funds will be mailed by Republic Bank. If the bank account shown for you on the tool DOES NOT have an account number ending with the last 3 digits of your SSN plus a zero, your funds will be sent directly from the IRS.

Redi-Cash is NOT printing the Economic Impact checks, nor were we given the option to do so. We have always went above and beyond for our customers and will continue to do so during this difficult time. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us DIRECTLY.

Dear ERO,

As of this week, the Federal government has begun the process of releasing Economic Impact Payments (EIP) to taxpayers via the IRS. Although most of these payments are expected to go directly to taxpayers (including taxpayers that chose a bank product), we have so far received notification that payments are being sent to Republic Bank for approximately 6% of our bank product customers. With many tax offices closed and no fees or other amounts being deducted from these payments, we are printing and mailing these checks at our expense directly to the taxpayers at the mailing address on file rather than sending them back to the IRS which could cause further delays.

We finally have information from REPBULIC BANK regarding stimulus checks. If you had your refund direct deposited the government will deposit you stimulus money into that checking account. If we printed your refund check at our office your stimulus check will be mailed to you. If your address has changed since you filed you need to call1-866-581-1040..This is the number for Repbulic Bank .

Also our office will remain closed till April 30TH. Our hours will be Thursday and Friday 9am to 5pm or by appointment.
