We are open for business. That being said, enter at your own risk. Many of our clients are elderly. We are taking reasonable precautions and using a lot of Lysol and soap. If you are uncomfortable coming in to my office, use mail, email, or drive up and honk. We will take your information and call you with the results. Above all use your head and trust God.

I've seen several clients pay for "Certified Copies" of their corporation paper work. Folks, this is a scam. You can print your corporate papers out free at the secretary of state's website.
Secondly, the scam calls are getting annoying. Your social security has not been suspended. The IRS or local sheriff do not have a warrant for your arrest. If anyone wants your personal information, birth day, bank account numbers, etc. do not give it to them. If the IRS or NC sends you a letter, just bring it to me before you do anything else.

Several of my clients have gotten calls from the "IRS" saying that they will be arrested by local law enforcement if they don't pay $xx immediately. Folks, this is a scam. The IRS does not do things that way. Steal your money straight from your account? Yes, but they don't arrest you out of the blue for non-payment. They'd rather have you earning and paying than sitting in jail. If you get one of these calls:
1) Get their name and badge number,
2) Get their phone number,
3) Call or come see me.

Never under any circumstances pay them or give them your name, address, birthday, or social security number. If they were really the IRS, they'd have all of that.

Remember you never have to talk to the IRS yourself. You have the right to properly trained representation.

Have you gotten a call from the IRS saying they were going to have you arrested for not paying your taxes?
It is a scam. Please don't give them any information. Call me.
1) The IRS doesn't do business like that. They rather have you earn and pay than serve time.
2) You never have to speak directly with them. You have the right to be represented by adequately trained professionals.
3) If you are speaking to a person not listening to a recording, get their name, badge number, and phone number. Then give it to me.
4) Above all, NEVER tell them your name, address, social security number, or birthday.
