One of our favorite traditions each year is our annual Employee Appreciation Day.

Our team recently gathered at Killington Grand Resort in Vermont to spend time together, celebrate each other, and recognize the people who make TRG what it is today.

The event theme was “Through The Decades”, lending itself as a way to look back as we look ahead toward the future as part of IMA. We're grateful to continue a tradition that reflects something both organizations believe deeply: people come first.

Last night, team members from our Keene, NH region attended the 2026 Keene Sentinel Choice Awards Ceremony, and we had a blast embracing the Sock Hop theme!

We're honored to have been recognized with Gold in both Insurance and Financial Planning for the second consecutive year. This recognition reflects the support and trust of our clients, community members, and partners, and we are grateful for each of you.

TRG's First I Make a Difference Day--

We’re proud to share that this year marked our first-ever I Make a Difference Day—and we showed up ready to give back.

Our team hosted a cookout and food drive supporting two incredible Vermont organizations: Project Feed the Thousands in Brattleboro and HOPE —Helping Overcome Poverty's Effects in Middlebury—both working to fight food insecurity across our communities.

With over 50 volunteers across two locations, we came together and made quite an impact. It wasn’t just meaningful—it was memorable. The rain came down hard, but so did the dedication.

As new IMA partners, we’re beyond grateful to be backed by a team that makes meaningful work like this possible.

For our first I Make a Difference Day, we hope we made a splash—outside of just the puddles 💧
