Beachbody (now BODi) was a big part of my life for 8 years. It may have saved my life because it helped me see how unhealthy my nutrition was and that I was seriously overweight and unfit!

In October 2015, I went all in on my health and it made a difference. I lost 15 pounds in 21 days and kept going until I had lost 70 or so pounds and was able to get off my blood pressure medicine!

Today it was announced that the Beachbody I knew is changing and I just wonder about those changes. The friendships that I developed over the years are still dear to me.

I am grateful for the community, the encouragement and the love that was shown to me over those years.

I'm blessed!

Today is a special day in our family! It was a day of pain, sorry and tears! Here are some of my special days:

September 6 is Ruby day
March 8 is our wedding anniversary
September 15 is the day I became a Christian
February 4 is Jeanne's birthday
February 24 is my birthday
March 28 is Melanie's birthday
April 12 is David's birthday
October 12 is Philip's birthday
September 11 is my mother's birthday
September 13 is my father's birthday
June 14 is when my mother died

And many more that I'm not going to try to list.

All of these days are special to me.

You have your own special days! Everyone does!

Here's my point: Every.Day.is.Special

Carpe Diem! Seize the Day!

We don't know when, we don't know how, but our days are numbered.

If you have something to say, say it.
If you have something to do, do it.
If you know someone is hurting, show them some love and care.

Nike was right about something--Just Do It!
