Yesterday our team volunteered at United Way of Southern Kentucky’s Day of Caring, lending a hand at BG Scholar House Childcare. We helped clear out the area behind the facility and organized a storage closet inside, making the space more functional for staff and families.

The BG Family Scholar House works to end the cycle of poverty by empowering families and youth, and we were proud to support a mission that creates lasting change in our community.

Team members Carrie Taylor, David Wiseman, Travis Russell and Danny Scott represented German American Bank with enthusiasm and heart. A great time for a great cause.

As a returning hole sponsor for the fourth year, our team enjoyed a fun day of mini golf, great local food and drinks, and supporting the preservation of our region’s railroad history.
