We offer a broad range of services including tax planning and preparation, bookkeeping, QuickBooks advisory services, business valuations, management consulting, and audit services. Our office is available Monday through Thursday, 8am to 4pm, with Friday as appointment only the Friday before Memorial Day through the Friday following Labor Day.

Yesterday we celebrated "Twinning Thursday" at the office. It brought out some matching looks, creative pairings, and plenty of SKDO spirit, as always! We may work with numbers all day, but yesterday everything came in TWOS!

Giving back with a little fall creativity! 🎃🍁 As part of the Illinois CPA Society 2026 CPA Day of Service, the SKDO team created Halloween and Thanksgiving cards for Cards for Hospitalized Kids. We loved coming together to create something special and send a little kindness to hospitalized kids this fall! ❤️

Last week we had the honor and privilege to be part of the Illinois CPA Society CPA Day of Service. We volunteered at Phil's Friends in Kankakee. Our team was able to decorate boxes, put together cards & journals, pack care boxes, and make blankets. In addition to volunteering, SKDO also collected items for the care boxes.

Another year, another scarecrow display! Thanks to our scarecrow building team for helping create one of our best displays yet. If you know SKDO, you know we LOVE ice cream. An ice cream truck complete with an ice cream cone and ice cream bar cut outs were the perfect option.

As a reminder, we are still accepting donations for Phil’s Friends through the end of the day, September 17. Thanks to all who've donated so far!

As part of our CPA Day of Service this year, we are partnering with Phil's Friends to collect care package items. If you would like to help by donating new, unused items such as blankets, fuzzy socks, journals, etc., please see the picture for the care package needs. Donations are accepted at our office during business hours through September 17.
