We don't like to brag (wink) , but we are the coolest Bookkeeping game in town. At QBSolutions, we have over 90 clients with all sorts of businesses, which means there is always something different to do to keep it interesting and challenging.

You will love the flexibility and benefits of this job, but to qualify, these are the things we need from you.
You have experience with Quickbooks Online and its functionality (non negotiable)
Able to switch gears between client files throughout the day
Can read and understand a Profit & Loss Statement and a Balance Sheet
You are familiar with and enjoy all accounting things like AP, AR, payroll, sales tax, bank reconciliations, daily sales, budgeting, and planning.
Efficient ,detailed oriented, and know when to ask for help and when to not spin your wheels (unless you are on your bike)
Not afraid to be a detective, and love a good mystery
Common cents, get it? (non negotiable)
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for the day to day tasks for a multitude of clients. You will have to manage your time and tasks, be able to prioritize, be accountable for your work, and have fun doing it!
