January was chaos, in the best way.

Onboarded tons of clients.
Back-to-back meetings and calls.
New hires.
Inbox on fire.

Tax returns getting filed, happy clients… and some intentional disengagements.

Because protecting my peace, energy and my team is non-negotiable.

The next 3 months will be our busiest season and I’m beyond grateful and humbled.

After May, I’ll be pouring into the biggest project of my life.
