News update:
BOI Reporting Deadline Now March 21
On Feb. 18, a Texas district court lifted the last remaining nationwide block against enforcing the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA), restoring beneficial ownership information (BOI) reporting requirements.
To allow businesses additional time to comply, FinCEN has extended the BOI filing deadline by 30 days for most companies. The new filing deadline is March 21, 2025, unless a later date applies to businesses in a federally declared disaster area. FinCEN is also considering further modifications to reporting requirements and deadlines, particularly for lower-risk small businesses.
It is important to note that on Feb. 10, the U.S. House of Representatives voted 408-0 to postpone the CTA’s reporting deadline to Jan. 1, 2026. The measure is now pending in the Senate.
Also, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit will hear oral arguments on April 1 regarding an injunction in Texas Top Cop Shop, a case that could further impact CTA enforcement.

Beautiful morning this is Sprinkles she has three legs I found her in the middle of the road in Boca Raton Boulevard 8 years ago she had surgery and she has now A Wonderful Life. I thank all the people that give their lives to take care of the animals children and people who need it I thank all the people that go to war to make sure that we all have a safe life and justifyingly hoping that we do good by them when they return.
We all try to do our best and somet.imes we can be misunderstood by people that do not understand us but we are here to help a little bit whatever way we can do it it doesn't matter as long as we get to the bottom line we are doing a little bit or a lot to help and that is good.

Good morning a couple of days ago I said I was going to take food and linen to a couple of places pet animal care but since I don't hang out here often I'm lost of the name of the person that needed somebody to pick up the linen and I also need the two places one needed linen and one needed food if anybody can help me with that and tell me the names of the two places and if the person that I told him I would pick up the linen would contact me? I will do all tomorrow or Saturday depending on work.

RE: ESTIMATED TAX PAYMENTS

IRS reminder: June 17 estimated tax payment deadline fast approaching

WASHINGTON — The Internal Revenue Service today reminded taxpayers whose income is not subject to withholding that the second quarter estimated tax payment deadline is June 17.

Taxpayers making estimated tax payments should consider this deadline to avoid falling behind on their taxes and facing possible underpayment penalties. And the IRS reminds taxpayers that third quarter payments are due Sept. 16, and the final estimated tax payment for tax year 2024 will be due on Jan. 15, 2025.

So sad to see the bull jumping in with the audience, he was desperate to run from the abuse he was been subjected to. I feel sad to know how people abuse animals and they feel it is ok.
Those people and the ones that support this abuse and all abuse need to stop.
