Important steps:
📌 Keep your Spirit confirmation number and payment receipt handy—some airlines may ask for proof.
📌 If you booked directly with Spirit, refunds may be processed automatically.
If not, contact your credit card company about chargeback rights for services not rendered.
📌 If you booked through a third-party travel site, contact them directly first.
🛳️ Cruise passengers:
If Spirit was your flight home, connect to ship Wi-Fi or see Guest Services immediately—don’t wait until you’re back on land.
⚠️ Most important:
Do NOT go to the airport until you have a confirmed replacement flight in hand.
