Well guys and gals that’s a wrap!!!! We couldn’t ask for better clients, but let us tell you about our staff!!! They are the backbone to this business! Each one of them are a vital asset and make our office run like clockwork. We’ve had a tremendous season and are so thankful!! After today we will be in our office on Thursdays from 9-3. 📣 2025 Income Tax Filing Is in Full Swing!

Our office has several experienced tax preparers ready to help you this season: Wade Cahela, Donna Cahela, Kasey Dixon, Amberly Sampson, Yantci Lowery, Carson Traylor, and Kadyn Dixon.

Please be sure to bring all required documents, including:
• W-2s
• 1099s
• Valid driver’s licenses
• Identify Protection Pin Number (if applicable)
• 1095 Health Insurance Marketplace statement (if applicable)

🕘 Office Hours:
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Closed 12-1 for lunch)
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

It’s the first Monday of the year and that means it’s time to start getting ready for tax season! We will post our full hours of operation soon but down below are a few things addressed! We are so ready to tackle this tax season and ready to be the very best for all our clients! Check out below for some frequently asked questions⬇️
🔴If you are self employed and send out 1099’s or W2’s they are due by January 31st so get them to us asap! You can always email them to us.
🔴We are accepting new clients!! We love to see new faces and help anyone out!
🔴At Wade Cahela Tax we have 5 preparers and a full staff that can answer any questions, if we don’t know the answer we will find it out for you!!
🔴Right now we are in office on Thursdays, those hours will change in the next few weeks and someone will be there every day.
🔴Book your appointments early, we are very grateful for all our clients but we book up very quickly(Especially Wade and Donna) to ensure you get the date and time you want book sooner rather than later.

If you are scheduled for an appointment this Saturday, March 15, 2025 and would like to reschedule for another day due to the threat of inclement weather please contact us as soon as possible. This weeks Employee Spotlight of the Week is Jenny Hallmark!
Jenny is our receptionist. She schedules all of our appointments, helps our clients to be prepared for their appointment, and sends our returns for us! We are very thankful to have her in our office, she is such a great help to all of us! We love Jenny!

This is Carson's second year working with us. Carson caught on to income tax preparation quickly and he helps us load our clients information so we can get you in and out as quick and painless as possible. We love him and are so thankful to have Carson in our office!
