Great day to be at Camden Yards on Sunday!!! ⚾️

We got the HARP team together with our families for an Orioles game and everyone had a blast.

It was also Star Wars Weekend which explains why Piper is sporting some galactic attire.

The day could not have been more perfect with some actual sunshine, warm weather, and baseball. If anyone has control over the forecast please keep this going!!

The O's brought home another win, but most importantly, Mustard won the hot dog race. As far as I'm concerned that's the result everyone came to see 🌭😂

A lot of fun getting everyone together outside the office for a day at the Yard and already looking forward to doing it again!

Only one month until our 4th of July Parade Party! 🇺🇸

Invites went out last week. We tried a new email format, so if you didn’t see it, there’s a decent chance it ended up hanging out in your spam folder.

We got you covered though - we’re dropping the RSVP link in this caption!

This might be our best year yet! We’ll have a food truck, ice cream, live music, face painting, a balloon artist, and even a video game trailer 🌭🍦🎸🎨🎈🎮

We’ve got front-row seats to the Bel Air parade, so come hang out with us at the HARP office!

Everyone is welcome - just make sure to RSVP so we know you're coming: https://forms.gle/NQHVA9xaUuieLF838

Back to school back to school to share with the kids that I’m not a fool!

Today I’m spending allll day talking to nine different classrooms about my career as a financial advisor and business owner.

I’m facing some stiff competition though. There’s a karate instructor, a firefighter and much “cooler” jobs than mine.

Wish me luck and I’ll report back how it went…

NEW HIRE ALERT!! Meet Stan the Man 🐶

9 weeks old. Small but mighty. Already acting like he runs the place. Which he does but please don't tell him that.

Stanley officially completed his first day at HARP. Very educational orientation process followed by a successful potty break and then a well-deserved nap in the office. Not a bad first day.

He even showed up carrying his own Stanley cup (proof in the photos), which feels pretty advanced for a puppy his age and size.

A few early observations from management:
-Strong energy
-Big personality
-Questionable listening skills
-Little bit of a yapper
-Extremely food motivated
-Already attempted to bite a coworker so we may need to review the employee handbook and see how HR handles that one

The good news is morale around the office has never been higher! 😂

Memorial Day 🇺🇸

A day to honor and remember the men and women who gave everything for our country and our freedoms. We’re grateful for their courage and forever thankful for their sacrifice. 💙

The HARP office will be closed today in observance of the holiday and we’ll be back to normal business hours tomorrow.

Happy Friday!!! TGIF! 🙌

Really thought we were lining up a nice, sunny, relaxing by the pool kind of weekend but apparently the weather did not get that memo 🌧️

Opened the pool just in time for a little chill, a little rain, and a lot of second guessing that decision 😅

Poolside Joe is checking in from what I hope is the near future when the sun is out, water is warm, and 80 degree days are back on the schedule ☀️😎

Until then it'll be me, a hoodie, and a very confused pool float.

Hope everyone finds a way to enjoy the weekend! 😆

Another Derby in the books and somehow it gets better every year! 🏎️

We kicked things off in our usual ~subtle~ fashion, if you call a golden money shooter subtle 😅 Nothing like a little flair to start the day and set the tone! 😆

Now full transparency we did NOT bring home the trophy this year. We want to congratulate our competition. It is well deserved. We’ll be back next year 🏆😉

What most people don’t see is how many moving parts go into making this event happen. It’s A LOT. There’s no shot it comes together without the town, the organizers, volunteers, and everyone behind the scenes putting in the work. So thank you to those awesome people!

Until next year Bel Air Town Derby. We’ll bring the energy and maybe, just maybe, a little more speed 🏁 😂

Hey everyone! Jess here and I’m about to brag a little

Small business month felt like the perfect excuse to give a shoutout to Joe (don’t worry, he’ll pretend to be embarrassed about this later)

Joe Conroy did not start this whole thing with some grand, perfectly mapped-out plan. He started with a wish to help those in the community he grew up in and a willingness to bet on himself.

Fast forward a bit, and now HARP is right here on Main Street with a kick-a** team, helping people every single day.

Building a small business is no small feat. He has taken the risk again and again for our team, our clients, and our community. I think I speak for all of us when I say we’re really glad Joe took that bet on us.

What makes HARP special isn’t just that we’re a small business. It’s that we’re part of this incredible community.

We know our clients. We run into them at the grocery store. We cheer next to them on the sidelines. We celebrate wins together and help navigate the tough stuff, too, and that's not something that is lost on us.

One of the coolest parts is that we get to help other people chase the same dream of starting a business, growing one, or finally taking the leap into ownership.

So yeah small business month feels like a good time to say we’re proud of what’s been built here and even more excited about where it’s going 💙

Sun, great food, music in the streets, and a view that doesn’t look anything like Bel Air.

These photos came from a client who’s currently soaking it all in over in Spain and I have to say, she’s doing it right! 🇪🇸🍷

Trips like this don’t just happen. They start the same way most good things do with a simple idea: “Hey, I’d love to go there someday!”

Then come the details. Where to go. When to go. How long to stay. What it costs. What needs to be lined up back home so you can actually relax while you’re away. Funny enough, that’s not all that different from how we approach financial planning.

You pick a destination. You figure out what it takes to get there. Then you build the plan that makes it real. The best part is you don’t have to wait until “someday” to start enjoying these moments.

The goal has never been just numbers on a page. It’s experiences like this, new places, new foods, new memories, and maybe a few stories to tell for years to come 😄

If travel and adventure are on your list, it might be worth asking: "What would it take to make that happen?"

We’re always here to help you map it out before the trip and after you get back. Until then, get the guac, book the flight, and send us a postcard! ✈️📮

🏎️ We’re one week out from race day and the training is getting serious.

Early mornings, late nights, probably a few questionable strategy sessions mixed in there. Blake’s been putting in the work. Film study, conditioning, maybe even a little trash talk practice.

Last year we came up just short. Still stings a little if I’m being honest.

🏁 So this year we’re not just showing up. We’re coming back a little faster, a little smarter, and definitely more determined.

To the other businesses out there consider this your friendly heads up. You might want to bring your A-game because there’s a decent chance you’ll be staring at Blake’s back the whole race 👀💨

We want to hear from the competition drop your final words in the comments ⬇️
