Good morning to you my fabulous Facebook family. I pray all is well with everyone during this winter storm. Tax season is upon us once again. The Internal Revenue Service will start processing returns tomorrow, January 26, 2026. However, due to the inclement weather conditions, my office will not open until Wednesday, January 28, 2026. You can still send your information to me via email at [email protected]. You can also text everything to my cell phone at 409-350-9513. My fax is not working at the moment. Hopefully this problem will be resolved vert soon. For those of you who prefer to set an appointment to come to the office, I ask that you call the office and leave me a message. I will return your call when I get to the office on Wednesday. Until then, please stay safe, stay warm and do as we are instructed to do in this freezing weather. Good afternoon everyone!!! Well, we in the tax profession survived another tax season. My first year in my new location was awesome! I really appreciate all of you who came to my new location. Thank you to everyone of you that sent me referrals. To everyone that filed an extension, please remember, even though the extension allows you until October 15, 2025 to file your return you don't have to wait until that date to file. Contact me to get it done as soon as possible. Also, take note that my hours have changed. I will be open Monday thru Friday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Closed on Saturday and Sunday. Although my hours have changed, I am always available to you. If I am not in the office please feel free to call me on my cell phone. That number is (409) 350-9513. Appointments can still be set after hours or even on Saturday if absolutely necessary. So if you are in need of my services please give me a call. My office phone number is (409) 924-7777; my cell phone number is listed above. To those of you who may have a balance due to the IRS, please remember, the extension allows you more time to file the return ONLY! Interest and penalties will continue to accrue from the original due date of the return (April 15, 2025) until the balance owed is paid in full. So let me hear from you.
