We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team.

Job Description:
As the receptionist/bookkeeper, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently
- Manage the firm's appointment calendar, scheduling client meetings and maintaining office schedules
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the firm's professional image
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate communication and support office operations
- Assist in organizing firm events, meetings, and client functions
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address inquiries or direct them to the appropriate personnel

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role

We are looking for a full time secretary/receptionist.

The requirements are:
Must be able to type and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have reliable transportation to take mail and bank deposits. Must have client friendly personality and good phone skills. Must be able to multi-task and help other departments. Will have to pass background check.

Job Entails:
Filing, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and making work packets/pamphlets for clients. Includes greeting clients, offering beverages, and collecting fees. Will also include input into various programs which training will be provided.
