We’re a strategy-driven, creativity-led agency looking for a Marketing Assistant who takes pride in their work and moves with intention.

You might be a fit if you:
- Have graphic design experience (Canva is totally acceptable)
- Are flexible, organized, and able to pivot when priorities shift
- Communicate clearly and respond promptly (this matters here)
- Take ownership and care about quality—not just “getting it done”
- Understand marketing legalities (political, medical, compliance-sensitive content is a plus)
- Can follow brand guidelines and think creatively within them
- Are detail-oriented and respect deadlines
- Can work independently but collaborate well with a small team

Bonus points if you:
- Have experience with social media content or scheduling
- Understands strategy
- Are comfortable working across industries (business, nonprofit, political)
- Bring calm energy to fast-moving projects

This role is for someone who values excellence, trust, and follow-through—and wants their work to actually mean something.

Part-time position starting at $18/hour, based on experience.
