Most have a misunderstanding of how the cost for nursing facilities works or how someone becomes Medicaid eligible. Some even think a nursing facility will take their home, and that is not the case.

In this industry the things I have learned are the best plans, preventions, and preparations are before one enters a nursing facility. The problem lies there because most don’t think they will never end up there, so they don’t prepare.
