says its resolution time. MANY of us will resolve to get serious about business. and some of us who are really serious will (or at least think about) using the money in our retirement accounts to fund that venture.

MILLIONS have done it. what MANY of them didnt do was roll that retirement money into the new venture. if youre considering taking money out of your retirement account to fund your business. consult with someone EXPERIENCED AND KNOWELEABLE in that area. you can avoid the tax and penalty.

theres a good chance the person preparing your taxes doesnt know what to do. its not just okay, but wise to have a team. use specialists. when necessary.

advises Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia and Wisconsin will tax your student loan forgiveness.

Several of these states are looking into changing the tax status of loan forgiveness. This would apply to President Biden's current plan/proposal. NOT all student loan forgiveness.
