Self employed means you work for yourself and pay your own taxes directly to the IRS, so it is up to you to ensure you are making on time and accurate payments.

W-2 workers receive wages from an employer and their taxes are taken out of those wages before they receive their portion.

It’s almost that time of year again, 18 days until 2023! Are you ready? If not, now is the time to get ready. Start checking to make sure you have documents in order, check to see if you owe any debts that may cause the IRS to garnish your refund and start to plan for the new tax year.
