A partir de la temporada de impuestos 2026 (para los impuestos del 2025) la nueva ley de Trump cambió las reglas del Child Tax Credit:

• Ahora, mínimo uno de los padres y el hijo deben tener Seguro Social (SSN) para calificar.

• Si tú y tu esposo solo tienen ITIN, ya no podrán recibirlo.

TIP IMPORTANTE: Si este es tu caso, ajusta tu W-4 para evitar sorpresas y deudas al final.
