ATX.TAX was founded by Trey Atkins and Mark Lee, both CPAs and native Texans who started their careers with Big 4 accounting firms in Houston in 1991. After three decades of providing finance, tax, and business advisory services in multiple industries for companies both small and large, Trey and Mark now bring their breadth of knowledge to help individuals and small businesses navigate the world of US Federal and State tax compliance and reporting. While our firm is small, our breadth of knowledge and service is wide. Our tax services span multi-state jurisdictions, US expats, green card holders, resident, and non-resident aliens. We provide Texas franchise reporting for registered Texas legal entities and are well-versed in state filings outside of Texas. If you still need to file state taxes in another state, we’ve got you covered. Our bookkeeping services are provided via QuickBooks Online delivering timely, accurate, tax-ready books and financials.
