Today is the last day to join us online for Advisor ScaleCon: The Playbook.

If you’ve been watching what we’re building and thinking you’d like to be part of it, this is your window.

Online registration closes tonight.

On October 27-28, we’re bringing advisors and experts together for two days focused on building better advisory businesses.

We’re going to talk about how you elevate the impact of your advice, broadcast your expertise, automate more of the business, and build a team that can take greater ownership.

But I don’t want you to spend two days simply listening.

I want you thinking about your business.

Taking notes you’ll actually use.

Working through new frameworks.

Deciding what needs to change.

And leaving with a clearer idea of what you’re going to put into practice next.

If you can’t be with us in Austin, join us online.

Today is the last day to get your ticket.

There were years in my career when I was growing, knew I wanted to get better, and couldn't find the room I was looking for.

I wanted to be around advisors who were further along than I was.

People who had already worked through the challenges I was facing and were willing to share what they'd learned.

I wanted to hear what was actually working in their businesses.

How they were building teams, creating systems, attracting clients, and becoming better leaders.

And I wanted to have those conversations with everyone's guard down.

No one keeping secrets. Just successful advisors helping other successful advisors get better.

That's a big part of why I created Advisor ScaleCon.

I also know how hard it is to find time to work ON your business when you're busy running it.

You can spend an entire year collecting ideas from podcasts, conferences, and conversations without ever sitting down to figure out what you're going to do with them.

That's why we built The Playbook around collaboration, workshops, and dedicated thinking time.

I want advisors to leave with an action plan they can actually execute.

We're bringing together people who have done the work, made the mistakes, figured things out, and are willing to share their experience with the rest of us.

That's the room I wanted earlier in my career.

Now we get to build it for other advisors.

And next week, we're doing exactly that in Austin.

If you've been thinking about joining us online, registration closes tomorrow, October 22.

I'd love to have you be part of it.

If you've been thinking about joining us online for ScaleCon, you have two days to make that decision.

Online registration closes October 22.

That gives you one last opportunity to step away from the day-to-day and work on the decisions that will shape your next stage of growth.

At some point, working harder stops being the answer to growth.

“You can’t more yourself to success.”

I've said that before because I've lived it.

You can keep adding client meetings, responsibilities, and hours to your calendar.

But eventually, you run out of capacity.

That's when you have to make different decisions.

What needs to become a system?

What can someone else on your team own?

How can your expertise reach more people without requiring more of your time?

Where should you be spending your time to create the greatest impact?

These are the decisions that move you from running a successful practice to leading a scalable business.

And they're exactly what we're working on at Advisor ScaleCon: The Playbook next week.

We're bringing together advisors and experts who have built teams, created systems, and figured out how to grow beyond their individual capacity.

You'll learn from their experience and walk away with frameworks you can start putting to work in your own business.

You don’t need to come home from ScaleCon and change your entire business.

Start with one thing.

Over two days at Advisor ScaleCon: The Playbook, you’re going to hear from experts, learn new frameworks, and have conversations with other advisors who are building and scaling their businesses.

You’ll probably leave with a pretty long list of things you want to do.

My advice? Pick one and get to work.

Delegate one responsibility that keeps coming back to you.

Document one process so someone else on your team can own it.

Turn one question you hear from clients every week into content that helps more people find you.

Block an hour each week to deepen your expertise in tax planning, estate planning, or investments.

Learn one automation that saves your team time.

You can accomplish a lot by consistently putting one new thing into practice, then building on it.

That's why we've built dedicated thinking time and Playbook Workshops into the ScaleCon agenda.

I want advisors to have the opportunity to work through what they're learning and start deciding what they're going to implement before they even leave Austin.

And when you get back to your business, I want you to actually do it.

A Playbook is only useful if you put it to work.

If you can't join us in Austin, online registration is still available through October 22.

You can spend years helping a client build wealth, but without an estate plan, important decisions about that wealth may be left unresolved.

On October 20, join me, alongside Chris Quandt of Nitrogen and Marla Landa of EncorEstate Plans for a 60-minute workshop:

Advice Worth Scaling: How to Build Estate Planning Into Every Client Relationship

I have these conversations every week with business owners, families, and women who lead financial decisions in their households.

I'll share how I approach estate planning in plain language and the tools I use to help clients get their plans completed.

Together, Chris, Marla, and I will walk through:

âś… The plain-language questions I use to open estate planning with any client
âś… How Nitrogen's Legacy Center gives you a visual picture of a client's estate and a way to reach the next generation before wealth changes hands
âś… The analogies I use to explain diversification and risk without jargon, including his seatbelt story
âś… What's on the roadmap for Encore and Nitrogen working together
You'll also see how these tools fit into an existing advisory workflow, with ideas you can bring into your own client relationships.

Meet the speakers:
• Eric J. Negron, CEPA®, CEO of Forefront Advisor Network
• Marla Landa, Financial Planner and Chief of Staff at EncorEstate Plans
• Chris Quandt, Success Enablement Manager at Nitrogen

Some advisors build a great practice.

Others build something that can scale beyond them.

The difference isn't talent; it's intentionality.

They build the team…

The systems

The brand

The technology

The client experience

The growth engine

The leadership team

And eventually...the business stops depending on one person.

That's when a practice becomes an enterprise.

That's how you scale.

The difference between a $100M advisor and a $1B firm isn’t just more clients.

It's people

Systems

Leadership

Specialization

Capital

Technology

A repeatable growth engine

And the willingness to stop doing things that once made you successful.

What got you here matters.

But it may not be enough to get you where you want to be next.

Most advisors don't have a growth problem.

They have a capacity problem.

And eventually...they become the capacity problem.

Every decision goes through them.

Every major client needs them.

Every problem finds them.

Every opportunity waits for them.

The business can't move faster than they can, until they make the hardest transition in entrepreneurship.

That means going from being essential to building a business that doesn't require them to be everything to everyone.

You didn't start your own firm to build yourself another job.

Yet somewhere along the way...

You became the advisor

The rainmaker

The portfolio manager

The service team

The problem solver

The decision maker

The bottleneck

Revenue grew, but freedom didn't.

That's not scale.

That's a bigger job.
