Balancing Act Bookkeeping has grown to a place where I could use some help!
I am hiring a part time accountant/bookkeeper to assist with monthly bank & credit card reconciliations, entering transactions into accounting software (the overwhelming majority of our clients are in QBO), running reports, entering payroll, entering monthly journal entries as needed, and other accounting related tasks as they arise. I am flexible on the amount of hours needed, it could be 10 hours a week, 10 hours a month, etc. The work will all be done remotely, so it can be done at any time of the day. Must have bookkeeping experience, experience with QuickBooks Online and sign a confidentiality agreement. Please message if you are interested!
