The IRS has published final regulations on the "No Tax on Tips" deduction, bringing key clarifications for workers in tipped occupations. Here's what you need to know:

• Eligible occupations expanded to 71
• Tips are voluntary if a customer can reduce the amount to zero on a POS system
• Digital assets do not currently qualify for the deduction

The deduction allows eligible workers to deduct up to $25,000 in qualified cash tips and is set to expire after 2028.
