Today, I had the pleasure of leading a roundtable discussion about "Scaling Your Consulting Business by Adding a Fractional Service." The really cool part about this was that we were in the very same room where my going-away party was held just 6 short weeks ago. Talk about a full circle moment! 🥹

Women's Entrepreneurial Opportunity Project presented an amazing Women's History Month program with some industry powerhouses. Learning and networking was in full effect!

The icing on the cake was that I got to share the stage with my Southern Company sisters Shaday WD and Lisa Tolliver 🩷

It was a GOOD day 😊

Kingdom entrepreneurs:

Instead of praying for God to send you more clients, pray for Him to expand your capacity to serve an overflow of clients.

He may be protecting you right now by NOT answering your prayer.

Think about Peter and his supernatural catch (Luke 5). The provision overwhelmed him and his nets began to break. He had to call to his friends in the next boat. They filled both boats so full that they began to sink.

Can your business sustain a supernatural overflow? Will it overwhelm your infrastructure, systems, people?

Can you handle what God wants to do through you?

Pray for wisdom to build in a way that is SCALABLE to expand your CAPACITY.

Hire. Partner. Subcontract. Joint venture. Outsource.

If you stay ready, you won't have to get ready.

You may be thinking "What does this have to do with corporate contracting?"

EVERYTHING.

What happens when you land a huge corporate contract with your dream client and you haven't prepared your business for this level of growth?

Winning is one thing. Delivering keeps the wins coming!

Last night I spoke to the Gwinnett Chamber Foundation's Acceleralor cohort, an impressive group of certified diverse businesses, about how to crack the corporate contracting code. They were so engaged that we are going to have to follow up with another session! When Deirdra Cox asked them if they wanted me to come back for another session, this was their reply (see pic below).
