Most people chase leads the hard way.
Tobias Allen learned a simple framework called the MAN Formula:
✅ Money – Can they afford your solution?
✅ Authority – Can they make the buying decision?
✅ Need – Do they have a problem you can solve?
He used direct mail flyers from local businesses as opportunities, walked into their stores, and confidently said:
"I can do this better."
Sometimes the biggest opportunities are hiding in plain sight.
