All my junkies have seen this person before, and you often know to do 1 or 2 things…

Either motivate them to jump back in their 🏋🏾 or just leave them alone🧘🏾‍♂️.

For me, the gym is where I work, I grind, I reflect, and where I build!

So when you see someone in “neutral”, just give them a “honk” to encourage them to shift back in gear… keep rolling! 💯
