Call you about taxes you o we without first mailing you an offici al notice.
Demand that you pay taxes witho ut giving you the chance to questi on or appeal the amount they s ay you owe.
Require you to use a certa in payment method for your taxes, su ch as a prepaid debit card.
Ask f or credit or debit card numbers ov er the phone.
