We were honored to join community members, supporters, and local organizations in supporting The Blue Ribbon Project’s mission to help abused and neglected children in our community. 💙

The evening was filled with great food, live music, fundraising, and meaningful connections, all for an incredible cause. Thank you to everyone who helped make this event such a success!

On May 14, 2026, the HeimLantz team partnered with Pinnacle Financial Partners, Mackenzie Commercial, and DARS Law to host a client event at Pintail Point on Maryland’s Eastern Shore.

The afternoon brought together clients, colleagues, and business leaders for networking, clay shooting, and conversations along the Wye River. Guests enjoyed activities for all experience levels, local seafood, and the opportunity to connect with other professionals in the region.

Thank you to our co-hosts Pinnacle Financial Partners, MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, and Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny for helping make the event a success. We appreciate everyone who joined us and look forward to future events together.

On September 4, the Anne Arundel Estate Planning Council hosted Frank Campbell (Sims & Campbell) and Amy K. Smith, CPA (HeimLantz) for a presentation on the Implications of the New Tax Bill on Estate Planning.

The discussion highlighted how recent federal tax legislation may impact estate planning strategies for clients and advisors. Amy Smith shared detailed insights on the OBBB Act, estate tax clarity, depreciation changes, and QSBS updates, sparking meaningful dialogue among attendees.
