Starting January 1, 2024, many companies will be required to report information to the U.S. government about who ultimately owns and controls them. Based on this federal ruling that dates back to September 29, 2022, “business owners” will have until March 30, 2024 to register with Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).

Important Changes Effective 2024

1. This office will only see clients Tuesdays through Thursdays. This change will also include our mobile Columbia location.

2. This office will no longer allow installment plans. 75% of your billing will be payable prior to the commencement of your project. The remaining 25% will be due at the completion of your work. This policy applies to rebuilding financial records, multiple year tax return preparation, legal and audit cases, and IRS and State Taxing Authority representation.

3. Fees for simple Form 1040s will be due at the time of completion. All other returns will require a retainer (for each year) prior to the commencement of work:
Complex Form 1040 & 1041- $250
Form 1065 & 1120S- $500
Form 1120 & 990 - $750
These returns will be billed in applicable stages:
Bookkeeping
Tax Accounting & Reconciliation
Tax Return Preparation
***This firm reserves the right to adjust the retainer based on the complexity of the project and the number of years we will be completing.

4. Emergency Levy Releases will be charged at a 25% differential rate and due in full prior to completion of any work.

5. No work will be filed, transmitted, mailed, and/or released until payments have been received in full for services rendered.

CL Anderson Accounting and Legal Services, LLC will be conducting a 2023 Federal and State Tax Update Conference for filing year 2024 in this coming January. We are requesting all interested individuals to drop your names below and indicate rather you would prefer an in person or zoom conference presentation. Based on your responses my firm will pick a venue and generate registration forms. A registration link will follow in a few days subsequent this polling.

For 23 years, I struggled with a newly diagnosed heart condition that has always been misdiagnosed as a neurological condition. This condition affected my whole life, including the ministry and businesses God gave me.

I have 2 immediate openings for bookkeepers. WE WILL TRAIN ON SITE!
The hourly rate will range from $15.00 to $25.00* per hour based on credentials and experience. We will pay more for experience contingent you pass my verbal accounting exam. We also pay overtime after 10 hours worked per day.
Each hired bookkeeper who does not have the required experience or the appropriate credentials will be required to take a 1500 hour training course which will include clinical.
