Richard Ogden, CPA I provide tax and accounting services to individuals and small businesses. Ric has a Masters of Taxation and a B.S. in Finance, both from Bentley University.

Richard (Ric) Ogden is a licensed CPA in the state of MA and has been preparing individual and business tax returns for more than 20 years. His tax work includes helping individuals and businesses with disputes with the IRS and the MA Dept of Revenue. In addition, he provides general accounting and financial reporting services to small businesses. He also has an MBA from Babson College. In addition to his CPA practice, Ric teaches accounting at the Girard School of Business at Merrimack College.
