During the COVID 19 Outbreak we are restricting access to our workplace in an effort to decrease the risk of exposure for our clients and staff. We are continuing to work and will provide your tax, accounting and payroll services by methods that require less face to face interaction.
If you have records to drop off, please use the mail slot in the door or the Mailbox that is mounted on the railing. We will contact you by telephone with any questions we might have and to discuss the delivery of your returns when they are completed.
We will deliver payroll to some of our local clients. If delivery is not a viable option, we request that only one person from your business visits the office to pick up the payroll.

Our office has received several calls from clients and other taxpayers over the past few days regarding IRS telephone calls informing the taxpayer that they are being sued. These calls are a scam. Remember the bait a Scammer uses is fear and surprise to get you to react rather than think and then reel you and your money in.

All initial IRS communication to a taxpayer is by regular mail, never e-mail, never a phone call, never in person. Only when a matter is turned over to IRS's collection's office would you potentially receive a phone call. To get to that stage you would have had to ignore several mailed notices; then several certified letters all over a six month or longer period. If such a call ever took place, the Agent would identify them self by name and that they are with the Collections division of the IRS at the very start of the phone conversation or voice mail.
