Young, Oakes, Brown & Co PC We are a CPA Firm which offers a variety of accounting, auditing, consulting, planning and income tax preparation services for businesses and individuals.

One principal focus of our Firm is constructive and creative tax planning. Our tax clientele consist of individuals, partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies, estates, trusts, and not-for-profits and includes preparation of standard tax returns, consolidated returns, gift returns, and retirement plan informational filings. Many clients operate in several states and we prepare any out of state returns required. Annually we prepare approximately 3000 tax returns.
