Good evening everyone,

I once again want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you all are experiencing. Due to the large volume of phone calls and text messages I am receiving, it impossible to respond to you all in a timely manner but I am working hard to fix this.

I received an email from Refund Advantage bank that states: "If your customer sees on Get My Payment that their deposit was inadvertently sent to their temporary account with Refund Advantage: This payment has been returned to the IRS. Neither RA nor you, as their preparer, have access to this payment or any information about it. Payment will be made directly by the IRS. All questions and updates to consumer information need to be directed to the IRS."

The IRS will be redistributing your stimulus check within the next few weeks.

I sincerely apologize and will update you all on Facebook with any new information that comes my way. Hope you are all staying safe.

To all our clients that filed their tax return with us. We are informing all our clients concerning their stimulus check. The stimulus check were send to the Federal Bank account (Refund Advantage account) and NOT the actual clients Bank accounts. Therefore, all the stimulus checks were returned back to the IRS and the IRS will send the check straight to the actual clients home address in a form of a hard check. HIAM TAX SERVICE is working hard in making sure all their clients receive their stimulus check. Furthermore, HIAM TAX SERVICE is not ignoring any calls or voicemails or e-mails from our clients. The fact is HIAM TAX SERVICE is getting a large volume of calls, voicemails and messages and we are attempting to do our best to assisting all our clients with their concerned questions that they may have for us. Thank you, for your consideration and patience. This is a learning process for all of us.
