BLCO went pink for a purpose! 💗
Our team wore pink and chipped in to support the Denise C. Garrity/Compass Point Foundation Fund in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. It was a simple way to come together for a cause that touches so many families in our community.

Members of the BLCO team enjoyed a great evening at Network Magazine's Fall Edition Launch last night at O’Connor Commons at DeSales University!
It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with local business leaders, celebrate the new issue and test out our skills on the golf simulator. We’re also proud to see BLCO Shareholder Bob Buck featured in the fall edition, sharing his perspective on how technology is shaping the accounting profession.

Pennsylvania LLC Owners: Your 2026 Annual Report is due September 30, 2026.

Beginning in 2025, the Pennsylvania Department of State requires most business entities to file an annual report each year. For-profit entities must also pay a $7 filing fee.
Most LLCs should have already received filing instructions by email or postcard from the Department of State.
