Meet Melanie Escobar, CPA – Senior Accountant at Buckno Lisicky & Company
Melanie joined Buckno Lisicky & Company three and a half years ago, bringing with her a passion for accounting that began during her very first college course. She was drawn to the analytical thinking and problem-solving the profession requires, and with the encouragement of a professor who became an important mentor, she committed to the career path and went on to earn her CPA license.
What she loves most:
"I enjoy working with a diverse portfolio of clients and helping them meet their financial needs. Every client is different, so my work is always changing. That variety keeps things interesting and gives me the opportunity to continuously grow my knowledge and skills."
Fun fact:
When Melanie isn't working with clients, she's usually on the move! She enjoys hiking, biking, and training for her next marathon. She's also an avid traveler who has visited nine countries and three islands so far, with France, South Korea, and Ecuador topping her list of favorites.
