Today, we’re celebrating the outstanding interns who participated in the Kossuth Area Economic Development internship program!

Our interns spent the summer gaining hands-on experience, learning about local businesses, building professional skills, and getting a firsthand look at the many career opportunities available right here in Kossuth County.

🇺🇸 Holiday Office Hours & Payroll Reminder 🇺🇸

In observance of the Independence Day holiday, our office hours this week will be:

🗓️ Monday–Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
🚪 Thursday & Friday: Closed

Payroll Clients: Those with payroll this week, please submit all employee hours to our office no later than 10:00 AM on Tuesday, June 30, as payroll must be processed by 4:00 PM that day.

💵 Important: Payrolls that are normally paid on Friday will be deposited on Thursday this week because the Federal Reserve will be closed on Friday, July 3.

On behalf of our wonderful intern, Paige, and the Kossuth/Palo Alto Intern Program, we are collecting food items and monetary donations to support the Kossuth and Palo Alto County Food Pantries.

Every donation, big or small, helps provide meals for local individuals and families in need. ❤️

🕒 Donation Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM

Suggested donations include:
• Breakfast cereals
• Canned fruits and vegetables

Please join us in welcoming Paige Schmitt to Sudol Tax & Accounting as our summer intern!

Paige is a 2025 graduate of Algona High School and will be a sophomore at Iowa State University this fall. Throughout the summer, she will be assisting our team with general bookkeeping and helping prepare financial statements, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the accounting profession.

We're excited to have Paige on board and look forward to supporting her growth as she continues her education and explores opportunities in the accounting field.
