🚨 Important Update for U.S. Businesses: Beneficial Ownership Information Report (BOIR) 🚨
Are you aware of the new Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) requirement? Starting January 1, 2025, most U.S. businesses must file the Beneficial Ownership Information Report (BOIR) with FinCEN to stay compliant and avoid penalties.

What is the BOIR?
The BOIR is designed to improve transparency in business ownership and help combat financial crimes such as money laundering.

Who Needs to File?
Almost all U.S. businesses are required to comply.

Key Details to Report:
1️⃣ Full legal name of beneficial owners
2️⃣ Date of birth
3️⃣ Current residential or business address
4️⃣ Unique identifying number (passport or driver's license)

Why Does This Matter?
Failing to file can result in penalties of up to $500 per day! The BOIR also helps:
