My services include financial advice, inventory management, bank reconciliation, payroll and financial statements. Financial statements range from statements of cash flow, profit and loss, balance sheets and income statements. I track daily, month and year end procedures. I will work hand by hand with your business tax preparer to maximize your deductions. Don't lose money or sleep by doing your finances all by yourself. All my services are converted to Excel and or Google Sheets. These sheets include graphs, charts and recordkeeping. Each sheet is tailored made to fit your business needs. Both Excel and Google Sheets are available on computers and phones, for easy access to your finances. With my help you can focus more on your services/inventory, expansion employees and making more money. With each sheet I provide clear instructions and can follow it up with remote control while on video or audio calls. I also provide all these services if you have or want a QuickBooks online subscription. Each company will have backup files in my QuickBooks Premier Desktop and personal thumb drive. I also provide full services in fluent Spanish.
You can mix and match all my services. Do not get stuck overpaying with other accounting services. My credentials include 3 years of accounting experience. Obtainment of Bookkeeping, Accounting and General Business Certificates by the state of New Mexico. I also have an Associates in Accounting, am Payroll certified and a QuickBooks Pro Advisor.
