Clients the last day to file the yearly report for LLCs is May 15th. Please let me know if you need me to do it. This is the report that you send with the Texas Comptroller. I charge $100 per report. Good afternoon, those that filed an extension can start gathering their tax information for me. If you need bookkeeping done, please print out your bank statements for me or you can email them to me as well. I will be working again starting tomorrow. Clients please do not wait until the last two days to send me your information for taxes. If you think you need an extension we can do that for $50. I need to know ahead of time. Thank you have a blessed day. The last day to file taxes is April 15th.

If you need to file an extension for your partnership taxes or corporation taxes please let me know now so I can file an extension. Partnership taxes on and LLC and corporation taxes are due March 16. The extension cost is $50 each, if you file and extension for your partnership taxes you must also file one for your personal since those are due April 15 and you cannot file those without the business taxes. In total for both the business and personal is $100. This will have you covered until September 15, 2026. Do not wait until the last minute. The deadline is March 16th.

Si necesita solicitar una prórroga para sus impuestos de sociedad o de corporación, avíseme ahora para que pueda solicitarla. Los impuestos de sociedad, de LLC y de corporación vencen el 16 de Marzo. El costo de la prórroga es de $50 cada uno. Si solicita una prórroga para sus impuestos de sociedad, también debe solicitar una para sus impuestos personales, ya que vencen el 15 de Abril y no puede presentarlos sin los impuestos comerciales. El total, tanto para los impuestos comerciales como para los personales, es de $100. Esto le cubrirá hasta el 15 de Septiembre de 2026. No espere hasta el último minuto. La fecha límite es el 16 de Marzo.

Good morning some clients have let me know they received their refund already. If you claimed a child you will not get it until the first or second week of March if you file single you should get it this week or next week.

Clients please bear with me. If you need to file your taxes text me or email me. I have a waiting list but I am working all day so I will get to you fast. I like to do all taxes myself so no mistakes are made so I do take longer but they are done properly. Thank you for your patience.

Good afternoon clients, if you want to claim the overtime credits for 2025 you can't file married filling separately. You have to file jointly or as single or head of household. Just heads up. Have a great day!
