📢 IRS Update on Roth Contribution Requirements! 🚨

The IRS recently confirmed a two-year delay for the Roth contribution catch-up rules.

🔹Before: 401(k) & 403(b) retirement plans let individuals 50+ contribute additional pre-tax amounts beyond annual limits.
🔹 Secure 2.0 Act: High earners ($145k+ in 2025) aged 50+ can only contribute Roth deferrals for catch-ups – no more pre-tax benefits.

This new directive offers extra time for retirement plan sponsors & participants to adjust strategies and compliance.
