Augmentations salaires Tunisie 2026-2028 : décrets JORT décryptés

Le gouvernement a publié deux nouveaux décrets :
5% d’augmentation par an (salaires de base + transport + / présence) sur 3 ans
2/ Nouveau SMIG dès janvier 2026 (ex: 554,736 TND/mois pour 48h)
A noter que les hausses sont rétroactives au 1er janvier 2026 !

Deux jours. Une salle. Tous présents.
De Tunis à Casablanca, de Nouakchott à Lagos, de Bamako à Douala — les cabinets Andersen d'Afrique francophone, d'Afrique centrale, subsaharienne, et du Nigeria et Ghana étaient réunis à Abidjan, à l'invitation de nos associés Pacôme et -François, du Cabinet Andersen Abidjan.
Une première pour beaucoup d'entre nous. Une évidence pour tous.
Andersen est aujourd'hui le réseau de conseil le plus structuré d'Afrique. Mais ce qui nous a réunis ces deux jours, ce n'est pas la taille du réseau — c'est ce qu'on veut en faire.

1/Qualité: Nous avons parlé de qualité. Pas comme un slogan — comme une exigence commune, non négociable, quel que soit le pays, quel que soit le cabinet.
2/Proximité: Nous avons parlé de proximité client. Cette capacité rare à être vraiment présent, vraiment utile, vraiment ancré dans la réalité de chaque marché — tout en portant une expertise internationale.
3/Synergie: Et nous avons parlé de synergie. Pas en théorie. Concrètement. Comment un client à Dakar trouve une réponse coordonnée depuis Tunis. Comment un investisseur à Paris reçoit une proposition unifiée couvrant cinq pays africains. Comment nous cessons d'être de bons cabinets isolés pour devenir un réseau qui fait vraiment la différence.
Ce qui est sorti de ces deux jours : une conviction partagée, des engagements concrets, et des liens humains réels entre associés qui se connaissaient à peine.
