Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the system ideology, cultural construction and spiritual civilization construction of the whole company, and plan various publicity and education activities to enhance the cohesion of employees;
2. Responsible for formulating and revising the staffing and employee benefits of each department;
3. Responsible for arranging the company's external reception work and various external networking activities. Standardize the behavior, polite language, clothing and clothing of the company's employees, and establish a good external image of the company;
4. Organize various recreational and sports activities to activate employees' spare time life;
5. Responsible for organizing and implementing the company's office automation work;
6. Responsible for ensuring the company's various logistics services, including: meals, vehicles, office facilities, communications, sanitary environment, etc.;
7. Responsible for exercising the company's daily administrative supervision rights, investigating and punishing relevant personnel who violate laws and regulations, violate company rules and regulations, leak company secrets, steal and destroy company property;
8. Responsible for the planning, recruitment, employment, assessment and training of the company's human resources, establish a complete set of planning system, post system, performance system, training system, and remuneration system to meet the company's daily operation of human resources guarantee requirements;
9. Assist the general manager to deal with various emergencies of the company.
