Job Description:
• To implement complete product line based on customer needs/requirements.
• To analyze and document customer needs/requirements for a complete product line.
• To work with other consultants, managers and customers to develop innovated solutions that meets the requirements.
• Must be able to independently design code and test individual features, as well as work jointly with other team members to deliver complex changes.
• To participate in systems design.
• To provide guidance to the customer.
• To conduct testing on deliverables.
• To provide post-implementation system supports.
• To evaluate system and enhancements, including trouble-shooting.
• To prepare systems and user documentations.
• To conduct system reviews, quality reviews and quality tests.
Qualifications :-
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field.
• Good command in English, both spoken and written, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• He/she must also be a very patient person as the job would involve customer’s service.
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experiences of IT & Software Industry
• Possess good analytical thinking and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge in SQL command and MSSQL SERVER databases is a must.
• Have background in ERP & HRM would be a huge advantage.

Role Objective :
To understand & analyze customer requirements, configure & demonstrate solutions, produce high quality presentations and provide input to Product Management that directly contribute to the growth of Orisoft.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with the sales of Orisoft HCM solution, answering RFP's/RFI's and other services by analysing customer information, generating & highlighting insightful reports that illustrate the needs and quantify the benefits of using Orisoft solution
• Develop respective countries models database that demonstrate the capabilities which highlight attractive & unique selling features of the solution
• Identify and deliver details of high quality analysis that would be of value to customers
• Prepare and present demonstrations of HCMS solution to potential customers
• Collaborate, gather & provide input to Product & Technology team on features & functionalities that meet current & future needs of potential customers

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Capital Management or Fresh graduated with Software Application development or Business Information Systems background
• Possess good interpersonal and presentation skills, able to communicate with all levels of people
• Possess analytical skills, good documentation, problem-solving, conceptual thinker and strong business acumen
• Minimum 1 year experience in Software Application Consultant/ Business Consultant/ Software Support/ Software Development or At least 2-3 years of Pre-Sales experience in application solution
• Knowledge in SQL command and MSSQL SERVER databases is a must
• Significant exposure to Human Capital / ERP solution will be an added advantage
• Able to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Possess good command of spoken and written English.
• Mandarin/ Chinese Language is an additional advantage

• To work closely with the software developers to ensure compliance with software development
frameworks, methodologies and best practices
• To mentor developers/ software engineers to help them understand concepts of re-usability and
other design principles
• To continuously and actively contribute in the advancement of the product’s innovation, stability
and quality
• To continuously and actively contribute in the advancement of the software development
processes, procedures and frameworks
• To constantly update technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and/or external
courses, reading manuals, help files and other sources of knowledge
• To assume any other responsibilities or activities as assigned or delegated by the management

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Software
Engineering/IT
• Responsible and passionate for continuous learning, very adaptive and highly motivated
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Experience in Microsoft .NET Development with C #, ASP.NET Web Forms, JQuery,
CSS3.0 and Microsoft SQL.
• Experience in ASP.NET MVC Development will be an added advantage

40 องศา ไม่ใช่อากาศแต่ไข้ขึ้นไปถึง 40 เลยเมื่อคืนก่อน

จริง ๆ ไม่ใช่แค่เมื่อวานหรอกครับที่ป่วย เจ็บคอมีไข้มาเกือบ ๆ อาทิตย์ได้ แต่อวดเก่งไง จริง ๆ ไม่ได้อยากจะไปหาหมอ ไปโรงพยาบาลหรอกครับ แต่ว่าอีกไม่กี่วันจะไปแรดแล้วไง จะไปแบบป่วย ๆ ไปแล้วเสี่ยงจะป่วยกว่าเดิมก็ไม่น่าจะโอเค แล้วอาการก็เหมือนจะเยอะขึ้นด้วย คืนก่อนนู้นก็นอนสั่น ไม่มีใครให้กอด (อันนี้ไม่น่าเกี่ยว 555) แต่รู้สึกหนาวผิดปกติจริง ๆ

สุดท้ายไปหาหมอน่าเป็นทางออกที่ดีที่สุด ขอหมอฉีดยาด้วยเลยจะได้หายไวกว่ากินยา ไม่รู้ว่าความคิดนี้ถูกมั้ยนะครับ หรือว่าโดนหลอกมาตั้งแต่เด็ก ๆ ก็ไม่รู้ว่าฉีดยาแล้วจะหายเร็วกว่ากินยา

ตอนไปเจอหมอนี่กลัวมากว่าหมอจะไม่ยอมให้ฉีด แล้วตอนไปไข้ก็ลดละ ตัวไม่ร้อนเท่าไหร่ กินพาราไป 2 เวลาก่อนจะไปหาหมอ แต่ผลออกมาแย่กว่านั้นคือ หมอขอตรวจเลือดพร้อมกับให้ฉีดยาด้วยเลย หมอกลัวว่าจะเป็นไข้หวัดใหญ่ ไม่ก็ไข้เลือดออก

ดีใจด้วยค่ะ คุณได้ไข้หวัดใหญ่สายพันธ์ A

จริง ๆ ผมว่าผมแข็งแรงนะ มีเวลาออกกำลังสัปดาห์ละ 3-4 วัน ถึงจะมีปาร์ตี้เป็นระยะ แต่ก็ควบคุมการกินได้พอสมควร ปัญหาใหญ่ตอนนี้ที่ทำให้ร่างกายอ่อนแอก็คือ นอนน้อย นี่แหละครับ

ทำงานเยอะ ทำงานจนดึกดื่นล่ะสิ ถึงได้นอนน้อยเนี่ย

หึหึหึ เปล่าเลย ผมก็ทำงานตามเวลางานปกตินี่แหละ จะไปโทษว่าทำงานเยอะ จนพักผ่อนไม่พอก็ไม่ถูก เพราะหลาย ๆ อย่างก็ทำเพราะอยากทำเอง ไม่ได้มีใครมาบังคับว่าต้องทำจนไม่มีเวลาพักผ่อน บางทีมันก็เป็น Life Style ของเราเองนี่แหละที่ทำให้เราป่วย

นิสัยเสียที่ผมคิดว่าหลาย ๆ คนก็เป็นคือ การเปิดดู Youtube ก่อนนอน แล้วก็จบไม่ลง เพราะ Youtube ก็จะมีคลิปแนะนำมาให้เราไม่หยุดหย่อน แล้วเราก็ใจง่ายไง เค้าบอกว่าอะไรดีก็ดูไปซะหมด บางทีตีสองละยังอยากดูต่อ แล้วพรุ่งนี้ประชุม 8 โมงเช้า มันควรมั้ยละเฮ้ย

แก่ขึ้นทุกวัน นี่คือเรื่องที่ลืมตัวอยู่บ่อย ๆ ถ้ามาลองนึกดูดี ๆ หัวใจ สมอง ตับ ใต ม้าม กระเพาะ ลำใส้เล็ก ลำใส้ใหญ่ เราใช้มานานมาก พอมันอยู่ในที่ที่เรามองไม่เห็น บางทีก็เผลอลืมคิดถึงมันเหมือนกัน

อย่าทำงานจนลืมไปว่าเราก็ป่วยเป็นนะครับ แล้วถ้าป่วยก็รีบไปหาหมอซะ อย่าอวดเก่งจนปล่อยตัวเองให้ป่วยมาก มันจะลำบากทั้งตัวเราเอง ทั้งคนรอบข้างนะครับ

แล้วก็อย่าป่วยนานจนต้องทำงานในโรงพยาบาลแทนออฟฟิศนะครับ

สัมผัสได้ว่าเขียนวกไปวนมา ยังไม่หายเมายา
