📢 Good News for Employers – Employee Welfare Fund (EWF) Delayed

The Thai Cabinet has postponed the Employee Welfare Fund (EWF) by one year.
➡️ New start date: 1 October 2026 (instead of 2025)

What this means:
✅ Employers with 10+ employees still need to prepare.
✅ Contributions will start at 0.25% of wages (shared by employer & employee).
✅ The fund helps workers in case of resignation, termination, or death.

👍 This delay gives businesses more time to plan, budget, and adjust systems.
