For companies or their management, this is an opportunity to communicate performance with greater clarity.
For stakeholders, it’s a step toward better understanding what truly drives results.

Preparing early means turning compliance into a strategic advantage.
Mandatory effective date: Annual periods beginning on/after 1 Jan 2027.

According to TFAC, TFRS 18 is expected to be effective for accounting periods beginning on or after 1 January 2028.

🌱 Our First Moore Pathways Participant 👩🏻‍💼

Every meaningful career begins with a moment of uncertainty.

Patinya joined us as a student, curious, eager to learn, and unsure of what real working life would look like. 🌟 Stepping into her internship meant navigating new systems, new responsibilities, and new ways of thinking.

What made the difference wasn’t having all the answers, but being trusted, supported, and recognised for her potential. With guidance from managers, leaders, and colleagues, confidence grew, skills developed, and perspectives expanded.

From intern to full‑time professional, her journey reflects what growth looks like when people are given the opportunity to learn and thrive. Today, her story continues as part of the Moore Pathways programme. Not as an endpoint, but as the next step forward.
