You must file an Income Tax Return if you have received a letter, form or an SMS from IRAS informing you to do so. If you received a notification to file, you may file from 1 Mar to 18 Apr.

🗃️Personal income tax in Singapore is based on a progressive resident tax rate starting at 0% and goes up to 24% for chargeable income exceeding S$1,000,000. In order to determine the Singapore income tax liability of an individual, you need to first determine the tax residency and amount of chargeable income and then apply the progressive resident tax rate to it.
