Mr HM Sham is the Founding Partner & Advisor of the firm. Being a Mechanical Engineer, he has 40 years aggregated industry experience is various fields, including the government and commercial sector, in Singapore and globally.
He is involved in business support and advisory for foreign and Singapore companies. Having concrete, hands-on experience gives him the perspective to understand the business dynamics and provide the best stewardship guidance, catered to the clients’ needs.
His expertise in business development is evident in the dynamic growth and exemplary track record of his New Kung Fu Martial Arts Centre, which he founded. The Centre soon saw sky-rocketing expansion to a global scale, with exponent academies established in Europe, USA, Pakistan, India & China.
The success of his Martial Arts Centre was recognized by prominent members of society such as Kamal Hassan (Actor), NM Manivarma (President of Tamil Nadu Boxing Association) and PM Sundaram (High Court Judge), who in 1997 attended the 21st anniversary of the Madras Branch.
Amongst his ardent circle of well-wishers who have been supporting him since 1980 are Sadiq Ali (Governor of Tamil Nadu), MG Ramachandran (Chief Minister), S Ramachandran (Minister for Electricity), K Radhakrishnan (Inspector-General of Police, Crime Law & Order, Madras) and K Ravindran (Inspector-General of Police, Tamil Nadu).
He was also awarded various honourable designations, including the privilege to serve as the Chief Judge in international Martial Arts tournaments. All the triumph was enabled through the solid foundation he has obtained during his fundamental years, comprising of 13-year-study of several styles of Martial Arts; and participations in international tournaments held in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan and Pakistan.

Ms Nisah has accumulated experience in areas concerning auditing, accounting, advisory and compliance. With her strong foundation and wide-spread exposure in auditing clients of various sizes (listed companies and SMEs) and industries, she is able to diagnose issues and provide industry-specific advice to clients.
