Over the past few months, our poly and uni interns have been hard at work in the office, working alongside our seniors! Over the next few weeks, join us every Tuesday as we feature our interns and how they have found hashtag in their internships 🙌
First up we have Xena, a Ngee Ann Polytechnic student who interned with us for 6 months!
"At the start of the internship, my main aim was to step out of my comfort zone and gain exposure to a new field, while developing stronger analytical and professional skills. I also wanted to improve my ability to work in a structured professional environment. I believe I was able to achieve these goals! I became more confident in handling unfamiliar tasks, particularly in audit work where I had no prior experience. Over time, I improved in evaluating evidence, understanding risk, and adapting to different workflows. I also became more efficient in completing tasks and required fewer revisions, which showed my progress. Overall, the internship helped me grow both technically and professionally, and gave me a clearer understanding of how to apply my skills in a real-world setting.” ✨
