Promoting Inclusive Employment, Creating Social Value
On 12 October 2026, Felinka Zhou Fan PBM, FOZL Group’s Chief Strategy Officer, and Mr Ho Juan San, Group General Manager, attended the Inclusive Lifelong Learning Festival organised by SG Enable.
The festival brought together organisations and community partners to highlight the importance of lifelong learning, skills development and employment opportunities for persons with disabilities (PwDs), while encouraging a more inclusive workforce.
The event featured an opening address by Guest of Honour Dr Syed Harun Alhabsyi, Senior Parliamentary Secretary for Education and National Development, who shared key recommendations from the Taskforce on Assurance for Families with Persons with Disabilities.
The event also brought together Madam Ho Geok Choo, Chief Executive Officer of Human Capital Singapore (HCS), and Mr Lee Hong Chuang, BBM, Member of Parliament for Jurong East–Bukit Batok GRC and Managing Partner at SkillsFrontier Solutions (SFS), alongside other partners and stakeholders committed to advancing inclusive employment.
