Throughout our lives, we have managed all kinds of Pre-planning for our different life stages; schools, career, finances, insurance, marriage, house, kids, etc..
Ironically, whatever we have planned for ourselves, may not proceed as we want it to be.
One thing for sure, one never plan to die, thus, we never pre-plan for death. Nonetheless, each of us will have to face our "expiry date" someday.
Is End-of-Life Planning really a taboo to discuss about? Or will it make things smoothly for our Love Ones when we hit our "expiry date"?
Do we want to prolonged our life when we are terminally ill? Who can we trust & appoint to look after us when we lack mental capacity? What kind of funeral arrangements do we want? Most importantly, how do we want our assets to be distributed? Is drawing up a Will enough, or should a Trust be set up to be used in conjunction with the Will?
